If you are not satisfied with the solution, the please notify us promptly and we will seek to make amends through refunding the payment amount. Order Cancellation Policy You may choose to cancel your order at anytime up until we begin processing the order for shipment. To cancel your order, Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and cancel your order. If processing on your order has already started, then you must contact us by phone - 888-374-2265 ext. 3 - or email - grace@ellerslie.com - to cancel your order. Your cancellation request must be received before we process your order for shipping. International Shipping/Customs International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. Ellerslie does not charge these fees, and we have no control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you.
