This book is so amazing. It is one of the best books I have ever read. I love the simple and practical way that this book teaches us how to give the pen to our love life to the true Author of romance. Everyone I have recommended it to loves it. This book showed me how to love my husband with true love even before I meet him. Now that I have learned to love my husband before I have met him, my standards with my boyfriend are very high because I love my husband more than him. Thank you so much Eric and Leslie for writing this book. Your love story is amazing. I can't wait to read the sequel. I hope your music and books get into the hands hearts of teens and adults who are serching for that true love that only God can give. Thanks again for all the books you have written. I have committed myself, since before I can remember, to keep myself for my future husband...not only physically, but mentally, and emotionally. This book really helped to encourage me...So many people are giving in and compromising,that sometimes it feels like I'm the only one waiting...but hearing Eric and Leslie's story, how it really can work out, and beautifully at that, gave me new hope and desire to beautify my treasure for my future husband. I found it to be inspiring and refreshing to read...I had a very hard time putting it down! What really caught my attention was the fact that they brought it all back to growing closer to God and letting Him be my Prince...passionately pursuing Him...it truly is a keeper!

This book is AMAZING! It totally changed my perspective on love & dating and convicted my heart for a permanent life change! Thank you so much for writing it. EVERYONE should read this book!!! (The old black cover was better though.)

This was a very wonderful book. You guys didn't portray yourselves as superspiritual giants. I was able to relate to you in most areas, and that was very refreshing. Satan will do his best to accuse me and tell me it's not worth it to live a Godly life, because I'm going to mess up again anyway. Sometimes I feel like giving up. But you guys have reminded me that God is a forgiving God, and he'll forgive us each time if we seek his forgiveness and keep trying to live a Godly life. I can also relate well to your dating lifestyles. I've dated several bad apples in my lifetime as well, and you've inspired me to just give the pen to God and let him write my love story for me. After all, I have bad taste as well. But I know God doesn't.

When I first picked up this particular book and glanced at it's title, I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into.  My youth pastor required that everyone in our youth group, male and female,  read this book otherwise we would not be permitted to attend our annual mission trip.  Well, of course I wanted to go, so I reluctantly picked up this book, almost afraid of how God would use it.  I didn't want to give up flirting with the boys I went to school with or attended church with.  I was so afraid of what I would have to give up.  After reading this book however, God softened my heart and I willingly handed over the pen of my love story to Him.  Now, it's been a little over a year since I've read this book but I hope to re-read it and dig a little deeper.  I am also excited to purchase and read When God Writes Your Life Story.  Thank you Eric and Leslie for your faithfulness and dedication to influencing God's kingdom, His Princes and Princesses.

As of right now i am in the middle of When God writes your love story...and what more can i say but wow. this book has been so incredibly amazing to me. whats even more incredible is how God is working through it. each time i read another chapter it seems like its perfect timing. i cant wait to finish it so i can give it to some of my friends who are in desperate need of reading something like this. i started the book expecting it to be boring and something i have to work to get through and yet i find myself being excited ab getting to read it.
what an awesome blessing.

This book was such an amazing book! It was just what I needed! When I originally bought this book I thought the title was cool but I later found out that it was way over my little 12 year old head. I put it on a bookshelf where it sat for the next few years! I had been going through some struggles with relationships and my purity was really being tempted and I was crying out to God to help me and to put something or someone in my life who could help me! He did both! I was moving and when boxing up books this book literally fell off the shelf and hit me in the head! I started reading it while packing and could not put it down and now that I have finished it you could not imagine the impact it had on my life, it has literally changed my life. I look at things so differently now, i have begun my relationship with the author of romance and it has been wonderful! I HOPE EVERYONE WHO READS THIS BOOK EXPERIENCES WHAT I DID OR SOMETHING SIMILAR! Thank you for writing this and I am on your other one now, When Dreams Come True and Cant wait for your new one!! Thank You!

i love this book so much. my best friend and i have read it and both have decided to give God the pen. this book is a life changer. it was so easy to follow and understand. i felt like they were talking just to me. i loved reading it i didn't want it to end, and thats coming from someone who doesn't really like to read. great job Leslie and Eric. may God continue to work through you.
