The MP3 format is the same as if you had 'ripped' the track from a CD and The WAV file is the original "CD quality" (16 bit, 44.1kHz) recording.  If you don't understand the difference, we highly recommend you download the mp3 format, as the WAV files are about 10 times as large as the mp3 files.
